pact fundraising
This September, our employees at Hydra Creative have pledged to walk the distance of John O Groats to Land's End for our charity of the year, PACT. Over the course of September, our employees will be walking a combined total of 1956km.
We will update our distance tracker throughout the month so sponsors can keep track of our progress. By supporting our Just Giving page, you can help us raise funds for this great cause!

What PACT do
PACT was founded in 1977 – with a donation of £113 – when eight parents created a support group for families whose children had cancer. In 1978, the charity expanded its scope to include children with leukaemia. New ideas, such as providing equipment and facilities for families, were added as funds were secured.

Based in Sheffield Children's Hospital, Pact provides support to families referred to the oncology unit with children who have cancer or leukaemia.
family support
Pact provides a space for families to connect with others who are going through or have been through the same experiences. Pact continues to support the families with emotional and practical support as long as it is needed.
a home from home
many children pact help live far from the hospital. Since 1998, the Pact house has provided families with a place to call home during difficult times.
fundraising
Pact receives no government funding and is only able to provide these essential services thanks to the generosity of the community contributions.
